Victron Energy Lynx Shunt VE.Can 1000A Battery Monitor

The Victron Energy Lynx Shunt VE.Can is an intelligent 1000A battery shunt and monitoring module designed for use within the modular Victron Lynx DC distribution system. It combines positive and negative busbars, accurate battery monitoring and a holder for the main system fuse in one neat, professional unit.

Ideal for campervans, motorhomes, boats, commercial vehicles and off-grid power systems, the Lynx Shunt measures the current flowing into and out of the battery bank. It uses this information to calculate important battery data, including state of charge, voltage, current, consumed amp-hours and remaining battery capacity.

The Lynx Shunt communicates through VE.Can and is designed to be connected to a compatible Victron GX device, such as a Cerbo GX. Battery information can then be viewed locally through a GX display or remotely through the Victron Remote Management portal when the system has an internet connection.

As part of the Victron Lynx system, the shunt connects neatly alongside compatible modules such as the Lynx Power In and Lynx Distributor, helping create a tidy and scalable high-current DC installation.

The Lynx Shunt VE.Can is available in M8 and M10 versions. The correct version should be selected to match the connection size used by the other modules in your Lynx system.

Important Installation Information
