Delivery

At Nomadic Leisure, we aim to provide a reliable and efficient delivery service. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Business Hours

Our operating hours are: Monday – Friday

We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.

During the Christmas period, we close for approximately two weeks. Specific closing dates will be announced on our website as we get closer to the time.

Orders placed outside of our operating hours will be processed on the next working day.

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) on the same working day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm will usually be dispatched the following working day.

While we always do our best to meet these timeframes, this cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.

If your order is urgent, we strongly recommend calling us on 01785 901133 prior to ordering to confirm stock availability and discuss delivery options. This helps avoid disappointment.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: £7.50
  • Shipping prices shown apply to Mainland Britain only.

For larger or specialist items:

  • Items weighing over 30kg
  • Items containing glass

These are shipped via pallet delivery or specialist courier services.

The delivery cost for these items is automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your postcode.

We reserve the right to withdraw or adjust shipping services for orders outside Mainland Britain, including (but not limited to) items containing batteries, glass, or other restricted or fragile goods.

Deliveries outside Mainland Britain are excluded from next day services.

Next Day Delivery

Many of our parcels are sent on a next working day courier service. However, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, as delays can occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand

Delivery times are estimates only.

Pallet & Large Item Deliveries

The following terms apply to items delivered via pallet or specialist courier:

Kerbside Delivery Only

  • Pallet deliveries are kerbside only.
  • Drivers are not insured or authorised to move goods into your house, garage, garden, or vehicle.
  • You are responsible for arranging adequate help to move the goods safely from the delivery point.

Access Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The delivery address is accessible for a large delivery vehicle.
  • There is suitable hard standing for unloading.

Failed deliveries due to restricted access may incur additional charges.

Incorrect Delivery Details

If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout and the item needs to be re-delivered, you will be responsible for paying the full re-delivery charge.

Failed Delivery / Not In

If you are not available to accept delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

If you decide the item is no longer required after it has been dispatched:

  • Outbound shipping charges will still apply.
  • Return shipping costs may also be deducted from any refund due.

Delivery Inspection & Reporting Issues

All deliveries must be inspected at the time of arrival.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Check for visible damage
  • Check packaging condition
  • Confirm all items are present

Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage and packaging

We aim to respond within 24 hours during normal trading periods.
During peak periods, responses may take up to 48 hours.

Failure to report damages within 24 hours may affect our ability to process claims with the courier.

General Delivery Terms

  • All delivery times are estimates only.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside of our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on Mainland Britain unless otherwise stated.
