Protect high-current DC wiring against overloads and fault currents with genuine Victron Energy MEGA fuses. Rated for systems up to 80V DC and supplied in a convenient pack of five, these fuses are suitable for 12V, 24V and 48V battery installations.
The MEGA fuse format is widely used for protecting high-current cables connected to batteries, inverter/chargers, DC distribution systems and other major electrical equipment. These fuses are compatible with suitable MEGA fuse holders and the fuse positions inside the Victron Lynx Distributor.
Available from 40A to 500A, the range makes it easy to select a rating appropriate for the connected cable and equipment. The 80V rating makes these fuses particularly useful in 48V systems, where a fuse with sufficient DC voltage capability is essential for safely interrupting a fault.
Supplied in packs of five, they are ideal for installers, workshops and anyone who wants matching spare fuses available for future maintenance.

Select the fuse rating according to the cable size, equipment requirements, prospective fault current and applicable installation standards. An 80V fuse can be used in lower-voltage DC systems, but the system voltage must never exceed the fuse’s voltage rating. Always isolate the battery supply before replacing a fuse.
