Victron MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32 230V Inverter/Charger

Bring intelligent inverter, battery-charging and mains power management together with the Victron MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32. Designed for 48V battery systems, this versatile unit is ideal for off-grid properties, backup-power installations, boats, specialist vehicles and Victron Energy Storage Systems.

The pure sine-wave inverter supplies 230V AC power from a 48V battery bank, delivering 3,000VA or 2,400W of continuous output at 25°C. Its 5,500W peak capacity helps start demanding appliances and equipment with high initial power requirements.

When mains, shore or generator power is available, the built-in adaptive charger can deliver up to 35A to the battery bank. PowerControl prevents the charger from overloading a restricted AC supply, while PowerAssist can supplement that supply with battery power when demand temporarily exceeds the available input.

If the incoming AC supply fails, the MultiPlus-II switches to inverter operation in less than 20 milliseconds. This rapid transfer can keep compatible computers and other sensitive equipment operating without interruption.

Two AC outputs provide additional installation flexibility. The main output supports uninterrupted operation, while the auxiliary output can be configured for loads that should only operate when mains or generator power is available, preventing them from unnecessarily discharging the battery.

VE.Bus connectivity supports system configuration, compatible remote controls, parallel operation and three-phase installations. Add a Victron GX device to enable central monitoring and remote access through the VRM portal.

Technical specifications

The MultiPlus-II does not include built-in Bluetooth. Bluetooth access requires a compatible VE.Bus Smart Dongle, while internet-based VRM monitoring requires a Victron GX device and network connection.
